Welcome to **Justujoo** ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Justujoo website and all associated services, including the submission of content, participation in challenges, and interaction with the community. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By using Justujoo, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform.

2. User Accounts and Quest Points (QP)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. **Quest Points (QP)** and **Levels** are granted solely by Justujoo for engagement activities and have no cash value. QP are non-transferable and may be revoked if we suspect fraud or abuse of the gamification system.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality (including the Quest Point and Badge systems) are and will remain the exclusive property of Justujoo and its licensors.

User-Submitted Content:

1. You retain all of your ownership rights in your submitted content (e.g., video links, comments).
2. By submitting content, you grant Justujoo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the service and Justujoo's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Platform in any media formats and through any media channels.

4. Rules of Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to upload, post, or otherwise transmit content that:

• Is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or libelous.
• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent.
• Infringes on any intellectual property right, including copyright or trademark.
• Promotes illegal activities or constitutes hate speech.
• Involves the transmission of unsolicited mass mailings or spam.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including removing the offending communication and terminating the accounts of such violators.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Justujoo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Justujoo is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
