Gamification & Progress
**Quest Points (QP)** are the primary currency of progress on Justujoo. You earn them by completing Challenges, passing Assessments, contributing content, and engaging positively in the Community. QP determine your **Level** and rank on the **Leaderboard**.
Your **Level** is determined by your total Quest Points. As you earn more QP by completing tasks, you automatically advance to the next level, unlocking new Badges and recognition on your Dashboard and Profile.
The **Leaderboard** tracks the highest-earning members of the community based on QP totals. It encourages friendly competition and motivates users to stay engaged. Rankings are available for All-Time, Monthly, and Weekly activity.
Quest Points are generally only earned. However, QP may be deducted or an account suspended if a user violates our **Terms & Conditions**, for example, by posting abusive content or attempting to cheat the assessment system.
Badges are special achievements awarded for milestones, such as completing a certain number of challenges, reaching a high level, or making significant contributions to the community.
Levels are calculated based on cumulative Quest Points. The higher the level, the more Quest Points are required to reach the next one, providing a continuous sense of progression.
Currently, Quest Points are used for ranking and recognition. Future plans include a "QP Store" where points can be exchanged for profile customizations or exclusive content access.

All posts must be constructive, related to learning/skills, and respectful of other users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech, harassment, and spam.
Karma is a measure of your positive influence. You earn it when other users upvote your posts or when your answers are marked as helpful. High Karma contributes to your overall Quest Point total.
Every post and comment has a "Report" option (usually a flag icon). Click this to submit an anonymous report directly to our moderation team for review.
